HCD GROUP

The HCD Group consists of four businesses offering integrated, multi-disciplined consultancy to the construction industry – Management Services, Building Control, Engineering and Specialist Services. It employs over 100 staff in seven offices throughout the UK.

HCD Group was originally established as a Quantity Surveying and Project Management company in 1993 known as Howse, Cole Dyer. In 1997, HCD Building Control Limited was founded – now the market leading company in its field. HCD Engineering followed in 2002 and also in that year, the original parent company, Howse Cole Dyer was renamed HCD Management Limited. By the time of HCD Group’s incorporation in 2002 it had secured its place as a major player in the construction market.

Since the establishment of HCD Group in 2002, the business has grown steadily at an average rate of 30% per annum. Current annual turnover is in excess of £7.5 million.
